Greetings <<1>>!

You've voted! Now it's time to pay it forward beginning June 18, 2013.

North Carolina A&T State University is marking this year's Founder's Day by giving the gift of community service. You, the class of 2017, have cast your votes for five non-profit organizations. Each vote represents an hour of service the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and current students will give to these non-profits.

Would you like to take part in giving back to the community, too? Here's how:

We will have an on-campus food drive at each of the New Student Orientation Sessions. Boxes will be located in Corbett Sports Arena and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Please assist us by bringing non-perishable food items with you to support this cause.

SAVE THE DATE - July 13, 2013
We also will have an off-campus food drive at Food Lion, Golden Gate Shopping Center, 401 E. Cornwallis Drive, Greensboro, NC 27405.
For the pet lovers, we will have an on-campus paper towel/animal food drive also happening at each New Student Orientation Session. Boxes will be located in Corbett Sports Arena and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The Guilford County Animal Shelter would benefit from items such as paper towels, old blankets and newspapers, bleach, laundry detergent and dry dog-cat food.
Join us on June 21 and 22 at the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store (3826 High Point Road, Greensboro, NC 27407). We will volunteer to complete light repair work of donated furniture and items for resale. We will also assist in store operations.
Will will execute on-site volunteering to help with a variety of tasks including organizing, archiving and assisting with visitor needs.
We will be hosting a variety of on-campus events via mentoring programs to invest in the lives of today's youth expressing the importance of education.

These opportunities are just a few of the many ways our institution helps make a difference. Help us pay it forward by showing your Aggie Pride! If you have further questions, contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
at uadmit@ncat.edu or (800) 443-8964 or (336) 334-7946.

Thank you and LET'S GO AGGIES!

Sincerely,

Office of Undergraduate Admissions
