UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS
NORTH CAROLINA A&T STATE UNIVERSITY
Dear <<1>>:

As a condition of your admission to North Carolina A&T State University, you were advised that your final acceptance would be contingent upon receipt of your final transcript and maintaining a level of satisfactory academic performance as indicated by your final transcript.

To date, we have not received your final college transcript, and it has become necessary to place a hold on your Aggie Student Account. Failure to provide your college transcript will impact your ability to register for the Spring 2016 term. Spring registration begins on Nov. 2, 2015.

Your final college transcript should be in a sealed envelope bearing your school’s seal and original signature. Faxed transcripts will not be accepted.

Transcripts forwarded via US Mail may cause a delay in processing. We recommend you deliver your official final college transcript to our office, located on the lower level of B.C. Webb Hall, no later than Oct. 16, 2015.

If you have any questions, please contact our office Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (336) 334-7946.
