As a condition of your admission to North Carolina A&T State University, you were advised that your final acceptance would be contingent upon successful graduation from high school and maintaining a level of satisfactory academic performance as indicated by your final high school transcript.

To date, we have not received your final high school transcript, and it has become necessary to place a hold on your Aggie Student Account. Failure to provide your transcript will impact your ability to register for the Spring 2016 term. Spring registration begins on Nov. 2, 2015.

Your final high school transcript should be in a sealed envelope bearing your school’s seal and original signature. Faxed transcripts will not be accepted.

Transcripts forwarded via US Mail may cause a delay in processing. We recommend you deliver your official final high school transcript to our office, located on the lower level of B.C. Webb Hall, no later than Oct. 16, 2015.
