COMPLETE YOUR INTENT TO ENROLL

Confirm your place in Aggie Land!

Log into your Aggie Admissions Portal to complete your intent to enroll.

COMPLETE THE FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA)

Apply at fafsa.ed.gov

If awarded a Federal Direct Loan all borrowers must:

Accept or decline their loan on Aggie Access

Entry to Aggie Access is only granted after the intent to enroll process is complete

Complete the Entrance Counseling session at student loans.gov

Sign the Master Promissory Note (MPN) at studentloans.gov

Register for New student orientation

Orientation is mandatory for all incoming students.

You will be able to register at:

Housing assignments will be made after you attend New Student Orientation.

SEND YOUR FINAL HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT

Final documents must be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions not later than December 15 (Spring semester) and June 30 (Fall semester)

Failure to submit your transcript can prevent you from registering for classes.

Submit immunization and medical history

 For Medical Health History, Immunizations, and Physical Examination requirements, please visit the Current Students index tab at www.ncat.edu, then click on the Health Center Homepage and browse for Incoming Students. Please forward a copy of all your immunization and vaccination records via fax to 336-256-2613.
